Try adding 10 sprints to the end of your body weight circuit or mix it into your session ?like I do

x20 push ups
x30 squats
x40 sit-ups
1min plank
x3 hill sprints
Teaching points ❗️ make each sprint MAXIMUM effort ? Use a stop watch to time each run to keep it consistent ⌚️ try and beat your best time on the last one! ?
