I lift because it is my everyday high. Lifting makes me happy. It's something I do everyday to better myself. I see so many people hate on people's passions or what makes them happy. I don't understand it. If you are one of those people look at your own life. At least the people you are talking about are doing their best to be better everyday. What are you doing? It's heartbreaking to see the hate in this world I guess I choose to look at the positive in anything and everything. I don't have time for nonsense or the hate. Surround yourself with people who ONLY lift you up. If someone is trying to pull you down its clear that they are beneath you. Choose your battles wisely. STAY STRONG AND STAY FOCUSED. Do not be naive to think that you will not face battles and struggles in life. Embrace all of life good and the bad because there is BEAUTY AND STRENGTH in everything!?? People often ask me how I stay motivated. Honestly it's simply looking at everything as opportunity. The good or the bad there is always something to gain in LIFE. Choose a different perspective if you see life less than anything but beautiful!??
