I am the girl in the gym with my hat low. Focused. With one goal in mind to absolutely beast it out for the 1-2 hrs that I am in the gym. I don't go there to talk or to socialize. I am there to better myself. To kill myself every workout and know that I gave it my all. To me going to the gym and half assing is a waste of time.The gym for me is my high. It keeps me going no matter what. Doesn't matter what's going on in my life. The gym is always the place where I can release all my stress, negativity and whatever else is bothering me. The gym is my happy place. My first home. Without it my life wouldn't be the same. I love my lifestyle and wouldn't trade it for the world. This is my passion and what truly makes me happy.
