Targeting the booty with side squats. I did this with 20lbs on each side but for more advance you can try 50lbs+. Do 3 sets of 20 (10 on each leg). Jumping lunges workout the thighs, hamstring, and glute. It also puts a little cardio into your workout routine. For beginners try 3 sets of 10 to 12. You will have to focus and gain control of your balance. A little more advanced, Grab some dumbbells and try 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps and build those leg muscles! ??
