Girls if you want to build a strong core and have a flat tummy try reverse crunches. They help you to workout your lower abdominal area. Do 3 sets of 20. For the more advanced, legs straight up in the air, if this is too hard you can bend your knees and curl up into a crunch. Make sure you squeeze your muscles when you are crunching in and out while breathing. You can also try alternating side planks. These will workout your entire core while you engage each muscle to keep your body lifted. Alternating from the left to the right. Make sure to keep your tummy tight. You will also build up some strength in your arms doing this one. 3 reps of 15 will get you sweating, for the more advanced 3 reps of 25. Good luck ??
