It is very hard to be confident in your own skin, especially when you have over 250 thousand people looking at you. Constantly posting photos doesnt mean im a really self confident person and i definitely know i have flaws and am no where near perfect! But being in the health industry is such a good way to help myself believe its okay to be you.. And not try to be anyone else! Its such a good way to help others believe the same, and allow themselves to be confident in your own skin - and if you're not, keep working hard until you are! Every one has the right to put themselves out there and show others your doing all you can to be the best version of yourself.
