Woke up a pound lighter today after froyo and waffles yesterday. (Among egg whites and chicken and veggies.) ? Flexible dieting is the life. ? I sleep easy knowing that after my competition, I'm going to keep going strong--because I haven't been torturing or restricting my body and it's not difficult, I actually enjoy it!!
