Yogis and friends! I've FINALLY finished going through the posts for the #yogagirlchallenge !! I am continuously blown away by your dedication, honesty and raw ability to share your hearts with the world. This was no easy challenge! Anyone can put their body in a variation of a yoga pose and snap a picture every day but it takes real guts to work on your ego, your insecurities and your fears. Just scrolling through these posts have put me in a meditative state all morning. Thank you for this, for your participation and for being so wonderfully unique and special. Each and everyone of you.

In this challenge you've let go of bad habits, started new routines, been grateful, manifested dreams and forgiven people that hurt you in your past. You've gotten creative - and gotten shit done! You've been fearless. You have cleaned out the old to make space for the new and you have moved your body and made an altar and spent time in nature. You've done big, bold, beautiful acts of kindness and tried something brand new and you've practiced yoga and you've meditated like never before. It's safe to say: you've been AMAZING.
A few themes were intense and required you to peel off a layer of fear to unveil the truth hiding beneath. Moving through fear is never easy. Being intimate is a big deal. Being kind to strangers takes courage! I am so proud of you all. So grateful for this community. Thank you.
