#yogagirlchallenge Day 19 is coming up - I can't believe there are only three days left! Time is so crazy. The theme for tomorrow is Random Act of Kindness - for the third and final time for this challenge - and you get to pick anything you want this time! The random act of kindness is SO powerful. It's my favorite thing to watch unfold. The first ROK theme day of this challenge spread so quickly people participating were noticing other people's acts all around! I got an email from a girl that went to buy a homeless person a hot meal and in the restaurant had the meal paid for by the person in line in front of them - doing the #yogagirlchallenge ! Can you believe it?? Mind blowing and so, so powerful. Let's take it up a notch tomorrow! Do as many random acts of kindness as you can, and do them with love. Be kind to strangers. Get creative. Go nuts with happiness and sharing and giving. Give love and that love is going to come right back to you! I love you all so so so much. Can't wait to see everyone's submissions tomorrow!
