"Hope begins in the dark"
As a young man the same routine of cutting across a graveled un-paved road all comes to thought at the moment.. You see, many people traveled this road and used this short cut so to speak. There were no signs of a road.. nothing but shattered glass bottles and jagged rocks.. the road had signs of caution and keep out... Yet many people traveled this very same road everyday to save on time. We each took that risk everyday, we took the risks with all the caution and keep out signs and clear vision of danger. Yet we did not fear the road.. Now some of you may be wondering where I am going with this and at times I do get lost in my thoughts but I have a clear vision here... My friends this road at one point in time was created by one man.. one women in the #Hope that one day it would serve for a better purpose, a purpose of saving precious time. This could have been a mother trying to catch an earlier bus so she could spend an extra hour with her child at home after coming off a 12 hour shift. This could have been a father again catching an earlier bus to spend time with his son while the sun had still been a bright to play a game of catch... or this could have been a young man just simply trying to catch his bus ride to the gym bringing his dream into existence. Today that road has become a sidewalk with flowers and benches lining from side to side. The road has come into existence by the efforts of every traveler and the #Hope of that one individual.
