Evening commute for a few Bajau fisherman, #sulawesi, #indonesia. The Bajau were sea nomads, practicing an animistic and transient lifestyle with little to no impact. Until very recently, they moved somewhat seamlessly throughout the their environment. In the not too distant past however, the government of Indonesia has imposed some hard cultural reforms on the Bajau...namely, permanent settlements.
