A father and son walk their dogs through the Middle Moors on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. The landscape is comprised mostly of low-growing shrubs such as huckleberry and low bush blueberry. According to the Nantucket Conservation Foundation, the area around the Middle Moors totals over 3,220 acres of protected open space.
