Crazy morning! We are off to the states for two weeks and are of course packing last second as usual... Went for a run last night and then took a 90-minute vinyasa class with @dennisfromsalad so Day 1 of the #yogagirlchallenge was a real hit over here! However, we went out for dinner and had a whole lot of wine afterwards (it's all about balance people) so I did not get up at 6am to meditate as I had planned. Instead I slept til 8, did a TV interview with a morning show that's doing a segment about our challenge (yay!) and have been frantically packing since. Sometimes things work out differently than you planned... And that's cool. Go with the flow and change direction when you need to! I'll find a quiet spot to meditate either at the airport or before I go to bed tonight. Did you meditate this morning? How is your Day 2 of the #yogagirlchallenge ? Share!
