When I think of New Orleans cuisine I never think Vietnamese, but Chef @mgulottano of Mopho has made me a believer of it! He combined Southern & Vietnamese flavors and has made something beautiful. We had frozen old fashion bubble tea and it pretty much made the day better ??. #followyournola
