This is my grandma. She's one of the strongest women I know - the doctors gave her 6 months to live after her diagnosis of cancer and Alzheimer's in January of 2013. She fought so hard and lived a full year past the doctors predictions. And she did so always with a smile on her face. I'm lucky to have had so many wonderful moments with her and am sad that my family and I won't get any more. Rest in peace, gramma. I already miss you...I know it was you who made our final sunset in France the most beautiful one yet. I love you.
