Iceland lives up to its name in Skaftafell National Park on Svinafessjokull Glacier, one of the many glacier tongues extending out from Vatnajökull Glacier towards the sea. Each year guides design new routes to traverse as the glacier melts over summer and gains new snow over winter. Students on National Geographic photography expedition through #Iceland spend the day exploring the crevasses and ice formations of this natural playground.
