Ok try this one! Great for butt. I put a lot of weight on to build a bigger bum..but it's also great to just tone. This is the machine that you do weight assisted pull ups on. I especially like this because I have had back surgery and It's not putting a lot of pressure on the back...but still getting those muscles good! Make sure you really dig in with your heels and try to stay upright. You will be sore!
