A rainy morning stretch to relax the back of the legs and lower back ☁️?☁️? 1⃣Have toes pointing slightly ⬅️outward➡️ and hold with hands on the ground under the head first. 2⃣Grip outside of the ankles and try to pull the head closer to the ground⬇️. 3⃣Push sitting bones (your bottom ?) to the roof⬆️. Repeat the same 3 steps with toes pointing ➡️inward⬅️ this should stretch more down the outside of the legs and calf ?
