I used to be able to do this without the strap and also sometimes come back up (it was kind of a hit or miss). Now I can barely lower with a strap. But today it went well! I'm working on getting my core strength back... Surgery really takes it's roll on the body. But it is the way it is for a reason, I'm trusting that now. One day at a time. What are you working on in your practice right now?
