Stoked to see the release of or latest piece from @3stringsproductions for the great people at @マウンテンハードウェア - episode 2 of "Bolder Country". I had the honor of filming and directing this adventure in the #TianShen mountains of eastern china last august with good friends @ethanpringle @livsansoz and #MikeLibecki. It was an incredible expedition, but not without peril. Not one of us had ever experienced terrane like this with so much rock fall. The large block in this small vignette was mere feet from our cook tent. We ran out if the tent just in time to see this 100 ton boulder slide, thankfully away from the tent we were in. The prior and preceding days were littered with massive rock fall around the clock and all around our base camp from the cliffs above, making for some sleepless nights and heightened alert.
