Since my earliest years as a photographer I've been always a collector of pictures. Shot after shot taken with no intent of ever doing anything with photo. I just like to shoot, it's been my escape and way to steal back a little time, I'm grateful or it. This photo here has been taken a million times and for all the obvious reasons, it's a beautiful natural wonder; it's #MesaArch in #CanyonLandsNationalPark winter sunrise. For me, seeing the photo in magazines, calendars, galleries and books wasn't enough, I needed to smell the air, feel the cold and see it with my own eyes. Photography has been the greatest catalyst for a life outdoors. Here's to photo collectors everywhere ? @natgeocreative
