A good little warm up ?? Put down two markers 15m apart for the runs (I used my jumper and t-shirt)
Choose any two exercises (these are squat jumps and push-ups)

Work your way down from 10 of each exercise then 9 of each, 8, 7, 6...all the way to 1. Each time running in between, or you can skip/hop/sidestep etc ?
