One of the reasons I love yoga and stretching is the way it almost resets my body... A chance to release tension, realign and also become more aware of how I feel.
If I don't have a lot of time, I break it up and stretch a little in the morning then in the evening before bed ? Even just 10min each day can make a big difference to your performance during the day and you quality of sleep!
