What a weekend!!! Congratulations to everyone that came & completed my BootyCamp! .. In 4 days we have done hooping, dance, circuits, conquered the climbing wall, abseiling, high ropes, tug of war, abs like slabs, bums tums & Burpees, yoga, Pilates, burlesque, Tabata, Hiit & god knows how many bloody squats!! Wwoowww!!! .. As well as eaten delicious healthy balanced meals, had an insightful & interesting nutrition talk & Q&A with me & my PT @resultswithcecilia ... Well done girls! So proud of u all. My aim was to make everyone fall in love with exercise like I have by making it as fun as possible .. & judging by your feedback & smiles I succeeded .. Yesss my work here is done!!
