Hi everyone! This summer I will be attending Ellison Ballet's Summer Intensive and Pas de Deux programs for 6 weeks. Last year I attended the same programs and the year before as well except that my first year I went to the Classical Variations Intensive instead. My must have for a summer intensive would probably have to be enough pairs of pointe shoes because I'm always nervous that I'll run out especially since the last two weeks we are on pointe all day. This program is absolutely pheonomenal. It has so many different classes and we have so many hours each day, there is so much time to learn everything that we need to know and in such a short amount of time. All the teachers are so intelligent and inspirational and it is so amazing to be surrounded by such talented dancers. Even though I am a year round student now I cannot wait to attend the intensive for my third time. A huge thanks to everyone for voting for me! ??
