Rooftop Views ?? Lately i have spent a whole lot of time over thinking. I find it hard to balance work, studies, training, social and family life evenly without becoming a massive stress head! Stress is one of the biggest fall downs for me - interferes with sleep, focus and progress in more ways than one. I work so hard to help as many of you amazing people as I can without letting my own responsibilities/goals fall behind. It is much harder than I ever imagined! Some weeks are good, some not so good; but in that i find a challenge for myself every week to be better and do better. If i had one wish it would be to have more hours in a day! I hope i can continue to help you all and For all the emails i do appreciate your patience, i do not forget about you ?? I have been working on bringing a lot more to my page, new website and business - keep posted. Positive vibes!! ❤️
