Destroyed back today. I mean business when I'm in the gym. This is one of my favorite back exercises. When rowing for power, sometimes you need to give your body a greater range of motion calling on other muscle groups to assist with moves, hence the extra help from my quads and core muscles. I weigh 106 pounds , yet I'm rowing 65 pounds dumbbells, well over half of my body weight ......
