Everyday I wake up I look forward to the challenge of eating clean and getting my workouts in. Of course there are many days I don't feel like it. There are days and sometimes weeks that I lose all my motivation. It's not how hard or how many times I fall that defines me. It's being able to get up and keep going EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME. I love my life and the challenges it brings everyday. Challenges give us meaning in life. Without the challenges we wouldn't grow or learn. LEARNING is the biggest opportunity in LIFE.
