Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge (@USFWS) in Texas, covers 93,000 acres on 130 units along 275 river miles. It is home to 1,200 documented plant species, 300 butterflies and 700 vertebrates – 520 of them birds. And it is vital to ocelots.
