The beautiful turquoise waters at Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge are part of the largest remaining oasis in the Mojave Desert. This 15 foot deep spring produces 2,800 gallons of water a minute and stays at a consistent 87° (F).
With 12 threatened and endangered species and 26 endemic species that live nowhere else on Earth, Ash Meadows is a globally significant biodiversity hot spot in Nevada.
