Since you guys enjoy obsessing over my feet so much I thought I'd give you a little insight as to what they're doing now:
Giving zero grams of fuck. That's right! Feet are feet and people are people. Some feet look like ET's (mine, apparently). Some feet belong in flip flop ads (not mine, apparently). Some people like to go on the internet and write hideous things about other people's feet, and lives. Other people write about love and accepting yourself for who you are. Or they stay quiet. Either way, I know which group I'd rather belong to, any day!
What hurts me is knowing that you can never say hurtful things to another if there wasn't some part of you that's being hurtful to yourself. Every person that just wrote something mean about my feet feels something equally negative about themselves. We are all mirrors to one another. What is it that you dislike about who you are? Why? Can you reflect on the negativity you just put out and figure out what's at the root of it? It's not my feet, that's one thing that's for sure. Meditate on your reactions. See what comes up. Replace the fear within with loving acceptance for all beings. For yourself. And for my feet, too!☺️?? Me and my footsies had a lovely massage. Now we are home and I'm going to make a juice.
