Photographer Lawrence Knutsson took this amazing photo in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park in 2011. Here's what he had to say about the experience. "A half mile of the east coast of the Big Island was erupting lava and you could hear the pillow lava underwater popping and cracking underneath. The smell and heat of the lava was unforgettable, the thirty foot deep ocean water was a cool 105 degrees.
