Haven't properly practiced inversions in a long time... I am much more drawn to a restorative, gentle practice these days. It's important to let your yoga practice balance the rest of your life! My days are filled with crazy travels and lots of work right now so I need calm moments on my mat every day to keep me balanced and happy. I started my practice with some myofascial release with my therapy balls followed by slow movement with lots of breath work.
After breakfast I felt the need for a little funky forearm action - also a fun way to wake your body up in the morning!? Find what works for you today and move with intention.
