A little over a week out from Junior Nationals in Colorado. Time to max out before we start deloading! HUGE shout out to @goattape for saving my thumbs during these training sessions leading up to juniors. I've only been lifting for almost a year and a half now, and I've never hook gripped until about a week ago. Goat tape definitely made it possible for me to change my grip that close to such a major weightlifting meet. SOO excited for these next two weeks!
