#2013recap - November! This month was calm because I did almost no traveling and got to be home to fix up our new house... But I did one huge thing that stressed me out so much I couldn't relax for weeks: I did a yoga performance on stage for the king and queen of the Netherlands with 10,000 people in the crowd (the picture is right before the performance, crazy eye lashes?) It was TERRIFYING! I am not a dancer, nor a performer and I generally don't even like to demo in class unless it's absolutely necessary. The idea of doing this was so crazy and scared me halfway to death... Which is why I said yes. It's good to face your fears. It's essential to face your fears. 2013 really was a fearless year for me... I still can't believe I did it (I seriously thought I was going to be physically sick from the nerves). I was the opening act and I didn't fall on my face and everything went well... Still, I wouldn't do it again. Too scary!? How did you face your fears this year? #2013recap #november #love
