In case you missed our post yesterday: You may of seen it, it's all over the news on Tv and the web...UPS, USPS and Fedex among others could not handle the volume of air mail over the past week and have unprecedented backlogs of orders. They are working tirelessly to get parcels out for many many companies, including Your Tea. There are people all over the globe, particularly USA, who didn't receive parcels before Christmas. If you are waiting on a dispatch email this is why - until the parcel is scanned into the system at their processing centers the dispatch email will not be triggered. We have been told by monday/tuesday they should be back on top of the que of parcels! Although this is out of our hands it is our highest priority to keep you informed about the situation. In January will email every person affected by the delay with a unique special offering as our way of saying that we understand your frustration, waiting for a parcel is never fun, especially when its our magic tea! Be assured if you ordered and paid you will get your tea! We are a professional company and would NEVER hold money for a product that was not delivered!
