I often get asked why its important for me to help people. Well I'm not here to make a name for myself. I'm here to make a difference. I changed my life from making a living to making a difference by opening myself up to help others to help them reach their fitness goals. Changing my direction & pursuing fitness has taught me a lot about myself. I feel as though there are so many people that go to their graves with their lives unlived. They come from an obese family, they've been over weight all their life & lose hope. They had a baby & lose confidence since the weight gain. They have an eating disorder or are an emotional eater, Their afraid of weight training, They were active in sports growing up & since they have gotten older & less active the weight has crept up & they don't know where to begin. I choose to create a climate of #hope, give the resources needed for a person to succeed & help them recognize the potential that is locked down inside of them. #EveryoneHasPotential. I know how living a healthy lifestyle has benefited my life & I want to do what I can to share it with others.
