Sunflowers and white wine. I'm feeling anxious tonight. Uneasy. It's my sisters last evening and I'm gonna miss her like crazy. Also lots of things going on around and today for some reason deep inside me there is a voice saying "I can't". Or worse, "I'm not good enough". Not saying this to get sympathy just sharing the fact that this little voice lives in most of us, maybe even all of us... Me included. Life is not always rainbows and butterflies, and I live a life full of beautiful things. Today was a beautiful day. Is a beautiful day. At home now with dogs and family and food on the stove and chocolate cake in the oven. What is wrong? Nothing. Nothing is wrong. Everything is the way it needs to be. The only thing that stands between us and our happiness is that little voice in our head. Change it. Your thoughts create your reality. Truth is, yes I can, and yes I'm good enough, and who the hell am I to tell myself I'm not? Goddammit. Lions breath and white wine right now and I have no complaints, Eckhart Tolke and my mom know this truth. Sorry for the rambling just wanted to share. And, oh. I love you. xo
