kids training hard at this weekend's PCI (http://www.proclimbers.com) clinic at Stone Garden climbing gym in Seattle, Washington. My station emphasized how to build stronger open hand strength and lock off strength. @kjorgeson and @アレックス・ジョンソン both taught at stations that focused on technique and dynamic movement. Each station involved exercises that helped with improving these aspects of climbing. It was a fun weekend and cool to see the community trying hard.
