My own little #workout to burn out the #glutes!?? I use a 15-25 pound #dumbbell 4 sets 20 reps each leg or more! It's basically like an isolated hip abductor put the dumbbell between your knee and don't kick back but kick to the side and squeeze for 1 second!?? #NOPAINNOGAIN
