Workout today:
• 3 x 15 close feet deep squat smith machine (warm up)
•3 x 15 one leg lunges smith machine •3 x 12 single leg leg press turned to the side •4 x 15 kick backs •5 x 15 Dead lifts *Superset with?
•5 x 15 lying leg curls
•3 x 30 OUTSIDE Hop squats (no weight)
*Superset with? •3 x 20 Bulgarian squats (no weight) *You guys always ask me my workouts hehe so this is one of them it's always different I make it up as I go along always push my body beyond its limits! Only way to get better. You can do as much weight as you'd like just make sure to get all reps in!? Tank?@flextyfamous?
