The easiest post workout meal/desert ever! ?
What do you need:
2 sweet potato cooked until soft ( I just boil it for 30-40 min)
1/3 cup almond milk
2 scoops hydro whey ( vanilla or cookies and cream) by @optimumnutrition
2 tsp fitness fiber by @optimumnutrition
1 tbl spoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 drops vanilla extract
1/2 tsp stevia
Honey or agave strop if desired ✨Mix Hydro whey with almond milk, blend in magic bullet for 30 sec, add potato and fiber, blend for 30 more sec
✨Put the pudding in a serving plate, add some raisins and blueberries, you can add some honey as well and put ina frizzer for 15 min to chill and enjoy your super delicious, extremely healthy desert!!!! ?25 gr of protein ?30 gr of carbs per serving!
