The first big climb I did with @jimmy_chin @conrad_climber was in 2008 on Mt. Meru, the most tried and failed upon big-wall in the Himalaya. After 19 days of climbing with only 8 days of food, we failed within a rope-length from the top, at the edge of our limits. Sometimes you have to turn back and instead take away the friendships that were built along the way. Jimmy, pictured here atop Pigeon spire in the #bugaboos.
