Great day last week. @brucegilbert and I had a training session with @mendesbros and @marcusbuchecha. The AOJ Gym the Mendes Bros opened last year in Costa Mesa, CA has around 400 students, many of them young kids learning the ropes as early as 3 or 4 years old. The confidence and respect Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids is second to none. I suggest parents get their kids in Jiu-Jitsu before throwing them in all the other sports. I'm hugely inspired by this sport and these guys. #ImStillNotABlueBelt #DontDropInOnTheseGuys #BadAsses @pmtenore
