Home made raw chocolate mousse! Delicious and super simple to make:

Mix one ripe avocado, a handful of soaked cashews and five tablespoons of raw cacao with fresh vanilla bean and a dash of coconut sugar. Blend well (add a tiny bit of water to get the blender going if needed) until completely smooth. Sprinkle coconut on top and enjoy!
