There is how you can make your morning better. This is my version of Fritata for healthy breakfast. You can even have it while prepping for the competition.
For 2 servings I used 4 eggs, 2 egg whites
Onion
Scallion
Tomato
Green beans
Put all veggies in a baking form, top it off with blended eggs mixture, sprinkle with some spices and parsley and bake in the oven for 25-30 min
You can add some cheese, turkey or even smoked salmon to add some flavor, but even vegetarian option is so delish, you'll love it! And it packed with vitamins, protein and healthy fats.
