Okay, so every time someone posts their Polar watch calorie burn and it's over 1000, I'm like...wtf am I doing wrong?? I seriously burn like average 400 an hour or so. Maybe 500 on a good day. So today I went to the gym determined to accomplish a 1000 calorie goal. In under 2 hours. When I pulled up to de gym, I sat in the car for 5 minutes checking IG because I was NOT excited about this task I had given myself. I didn't have any energy and really just wanted to go home. But I popped a super HD and downed my BCAA's (mixed with a tiiiiny bit of No Extreme, all #cellucor products) and I was feeling a wee bit better. And before I knew it, I was a raging interval cardio machine and I didn't want to stop! 'twas amazing. I envy those people that can do this without supps but I'm a lazy little blonde. And I hate #cardio. So I did: 5 minutes bike 20 minutes stairmaster 30 minutes interval treadmill 2000m row (shown in pic) 10-12 sled runs More bike Some push ups and stretching Ran for like a minute More bike, just to hit my 1000 goal, ha Anyway, sorry for the novel but it was my first time accomplishing this and I was so proud of myself! I felt really puffy and my knees hurt after a bit so I refueled with some R3, which reduces inflammation and helps with #recovery, and some #glucosamine, which lubricates the joints. I encourage y'all to make a #goal and then smash it! Makes the process a little more fun. ? Happy Tuesday!
