Hey everyone! Had a very busy and very early morning!
Did you ever wake up in the middle of the night and not fall back to sleep because you're thinking and thinking and thinking? Ugh! It was CRAZEBALLS!!!
(Ill define that later! LOL)

Anyway, thanks to my support team, Scott, Danielle, and Poppa Bill (69yrs old btw) I was pushed though insanity! PURE CARDIO/CARDIO ABS!

Shaun T handed me my arse today! Ha ha! But I looked over at my father in law and saw him modifying and really digging deep and I said I need to work. Then at one point I decided to yell at Danielle and make her push harder through the power knees! Haha

Anyways! I hope you make your health happy today. You know what I always say. "ANY WORKOUT IS A GOOD WORKOUT, AS LONG AS YOU WORKED OUT"
