24", 62 cm, my waist has never been that small in my life, even before my previous competitions the smallest I could get was 25"
I have always been dieting hard core before my stage time, but this time I was trying to educate myself more about pre contest dieting and did something different and it worked perfect for my body.
What a fun process of learning your body and making some dramatic changes over just a few months.
Thank you to all people who was giving me advises and little tips about dieting and training, by putting all this little pieces together I came up with a perfect formula for myself.
