I told him all I could dream about was the Tamago and how the hell did they get eggs to taste rich like they were Butterscotch Krimpets (go seek Tastykake for that reference) he told me the reason why it's cake like (think the best yellow pound cake you ever had but not a cake!) they know the perfect amount of shrimp (dude their knowledge of sweet and savory seafood is baffling) and yams. But it's mostly 95 percent eggs. 0 spices. 0. So they telling me Eggs, Shrimp & Yams can make THE best tamago ever? Wowsers. #tokyo
